PURPOSE: A tension control device of a steering system is provided to improve workability, enable minute control, and reduce tension change according to fastening. CONSTITUTION: A tension control device of a steering system comprises a main housing, a motor housing(40), a guide connection unit(50), and a tension control unit(60). The main housing accommodates a driving pulley(22) operating a rack bar, a driven pulley, and a belt(26). The motor housing is installed in an insertion hole(32) of the main housing and fixes a driving motor(44) driving the driving pulley. The guide connection unit rotatably connects the motor housing to the main housing. The tension control unit is formed in the main housing and the motor housing and controls tension of a belt(26) by being rotated in a gear method by the guide of the guide connection unit.
