PURPOSE: An information and advertisement guidance system using a web caster is provided to accurately guide information and advertisement such as venue, item, price and et cetera through beforehand recorded voice or body language of a web caster of a store, an apartment, and a department store in a virtual space. CONSTITUTION: A 3-D video storage unit(108) receives a 3-D store, apartment, product of a department store and park information in a virtual space according to a control signal of a control unit(102). A web caster generation unit(110) transmits a human shape caster as a 3-D video being displayed in a screen(106) according to a control signal of the control unit. A caster motion providing unit(112) provides caster motion with the human shape caster transmitted to the screen to fit with information of the 3-D video being displayed on the screen according to a control signal of the control unit. A caster voice providing unit(114) outputs a voice to fit with information of the 3-D video being displayed on the screen according to a control signal of the control unit.
