COMPOSITION FOR INHIBITING EXPRESSION OF DLK-1 GENE

PURPOSE: A composition for suppressing Dlk-1 gene expression is provided to suppress cancer cell progression induced by pref-1 expression, and to develop a cell therapeutic agent or an anticancer therapeutic agent using stem cells. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing or treating cancer contains an miR-143 nucleic acid molecule as an active ingredient. The molecule contains a base sequence in sequence number 1. The molecule suppresses Dlk-1 gene expression. The composition is used for treating cancer in which pref-1 is overexpressed. The cancer is selected from the group consisting of small cell lung cancer, neuroendocrine tumor, neuroblastoma, glioma, type-1 neurofibromatosis, liver cancer, kidney cancer, ovarian cancer, and acute leukemia. The molecule contains a vector for intracellular expression.
