INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY SEARCHING SERVICE METHOD AND SYSTEM USING AN IMAGE SEARCH

PURPOSE: An intellectual property search service system using an image search and a method thereof are provided to enable a user to obtain a specific image through a terminal and to upload the image to a search server, thereby easily and rapidly searching intellectual property. CONSTITUTION: A communication unit(210) communicates with a search server through a communication network. An image obtainment unit(220) obtains a search image by photographing a search object with a camera. An application execution unit(230) drives the image obtainment unit by executing a search application. The application execution unit requests information of intellectual property by transmitting the search image to the search server corresponding to a search request of a user. An input unit(240) receives execution commands of the search request or the search application. A display unit(250) displays the information of the intellectual property.
