<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a dew-point temperature follow a target dew point temperature in a short time when a dehumidification load changes. <P>SOLUTION: The flow rate of air on a regeneration side is regarded as an object of control, and a control value (regeneration fan INV output) for the object of control is determined such that a dew point temperature tdpv is coincident with a target dew point temperature tdsp. A feedforward quantity is computed from the determined current regeneration fan INV output and last regeneration fan INV output. The computed feedforward quantity is used as a compensation quantity, and the delay of control over the related object of control with a regeneration coil valve opening output, a rotor INV output, an air supply fan INV output, and a pre-cooling coil valve opening output as control values is improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
