<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process unit that uses recovery means for recovering paper powder on an image carrier, in order to reduce reversion of remaining toner onto the image carrier when the remaining toner has been recovered. <P>SOLUTION: The process unit includes: a photoconductor drum 61; a development cartridge 7; a transfer roller 63; and a charger 62 that charges the photoconductor drum 61. The development cartridge 7 recovers toner on the photoconductor drum 61 which has not been transferred onto paper. Further, the process unit includes: a primary cleaning roller 110 that allows toner on the photoconductor drum 61 to pass and recovers paper powder on the photoconductor drum 61 by receiving a vias with the same polarity as that of the charger 62; and a pressing member 150 placed at a position lower down than the first cleaning roller 110 in the rotation direction of the photoconductor drum 61, that allows toner on the photoconductor drum 61 to pass and recovers paper powder on the photoconductor drum 61 without receiving a vias. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
