<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device including a configuration of a plurality of output transistors connected in parallel, and capable of making a uniform shared current between each current path including an output transistor with high accuracy, and a drive method of the semiconductor device. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor device including the plurality of output transistors mutually connected in parallel includes: drive circuits, each provided for each output transistor for supplying a first control signal; a memory for storing data including conductance information of an output transistor to be included in the first control signal; a first external input terminal for inputting a data to a memory; and a second external input terminal for inputting a second control signal to each drive circuit to make the output transistors conductive one by one in a switched manner. Each drive circuit reads out data of each output transistor of a drive target stored in the memory, to generate the first control signal including the conductance information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
