PURPOSE: A light weight mid-sole and an apparatus for manufacturing the same are provided to naturally operate an extruder by a big toe and to uniformly maintain an angle at 55 degrees. CONSTITUTION: A light weight mid-sole is fabricated to remove a heel part in an arch shape, which is sealed by a sewing device or an adhesive device. The mid-sole comprises: the heel part with a slope; a support side(10) with a flat surface; and a front heel part which forms an angle of inclination in a predetermined angle.
