<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new user-friendly multiple thread type opening/closing container having a simple configuration and preventing fastening of a lid body placed on a container body by its own weight while suppressing increase in force required for fastening. <P>SOLUTION: The cosmetic container 1 includes: the container body 2 having a plurality of thread portions 4 formed at intervals around an axis O on the outer side of an opening portion 2a; and the lid body 3 having a plurality of thread portions 5 formed therein and detachably threaded to the thread portions 4.
