<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carcinogenesis promotion inhibitor which effectively inhibits the carcinogenesis promotion of cells. <P>SOLUTION: The carcinogenesis promotion inhibitor includes a polymer composition derived from a tea leaf as an active constituent.
