<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet humidifying device and an image forming device capable of controlling the deposition of water for humidifying sheets on a conveying guide. <P>SOLUTION: An annular wire-like body 54 is stretched between a slit of an upstream driving roller 41 and a groove of a downstream driving roller 50 conforming to the width of conveyable sheets.
