<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator freezer which efficiently performs heat exchange with a refrigerant flowing in a radiator and cools a compressor without fail. <P>SOLUTION: At a lower part of a refrigerator body 1, the refrigerator freezer has an outside air intake port 4 at one side plate 2a of the refrigerator body 1 and a machine room 3 having an exhaust port at the other side plate 2b. The outside air intake port 4 side of the machine room 3 is provided with a cooling fan 7 and a compressor 8 is provided downstream of a cooling fan 7 on an extended line of a line connecting the cooling fan 7 with the outside air intake port 4.
