PURPOSE: A text editor voice guide system for a blind person and an illiterate person is provided to supply a voice guide function to the blind person and the illiterate person, thereby easily performing a task of opening and editing a text. CONSTITUTION: A control unit(70) converts a text and/or a text file name of a menu of a text editor module(10) into voice data corresponding to a voice guide function execution request of a button input unit. The control unit receives the edited voice data from a voice editing unit(50). The control unit outputs the edited voice data to a speaker(60). When a user selects a specific menu or a specific text file, the control unit transmits an execution signal of the specific menu or a text file to the text editor module.
