<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiphase drive step-up circuit that has a noise reduction effect in a simplified circuit configuration. <P>SOLUTION: The step-up circuit includes: an oscillation circuit for outputting a clock signal having a predetermined period; a plurality of delay circuits connected in series with single wiring for the clock signal and having a total delay time longer than the predetermined period; and a plurality of divided step-up circuits connected to the single wiring in correspondence with the plurality of delay circuits. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
