<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disazo pigment composition used for a printing ink composition to give excellent hue, tinting power, fluidity and transparency and a method of preparing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The disazo pigment composition substantially containing no disazo pigment in which barbituric acid is coupled symmetrically is prepared by, for example, coupling amino group of one side of 3,3'-dichlorobenzidine to barbituric acid as tetrazo group and successively coupling residual amino group after turned to tetrazo group to the mixture of aceto acetoanilide and potassium 4-acetacetyl aminobenzene sulfonate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
