<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate trouble to manually set a finish time, and to manually change the finish time. <P>SOLUTION: A heating cooker includes: a high-frequency heating means for heating an object to be heated in a cooking chamber; a hot blast convection heating means; a temperature sensor detecting an ambient temperature in the cooking chamber; a heating controller 14 controlling the heating means by an output from the temperature sensor 13; a cooking procedure storage unit storing a cooking sequence for each cooking menu; a high-frequency heating means time computing element and a hot blast convection heating time computing element which computes an operation time of each heating means; a heating time measuring instrument measuring a time elapsed from the start of heating; a temperature temporal change storage means storing the ambient temperature in the cooking chamber with time; a temperature change characteristic computing element computing numeral representing characteristics of the temperature change; and a finish time computing element computing a finish time. A cooking sequence and finish time matching respective cooking menus using combined heating means can be calculated, and the calculated cooking sequence and the finish time are automatically set. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
