<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve work efficiency and productivity in assembling of a differential gear. <P>SOLUTION: An assembling device 10 for a differential gear 1 includes: a side gear support member 21 capable of moving up and down with respect to a differential case 5 on a support table 11, and configured so as to be capable of supporting an upper side gear 2 from below while passing through a shaft hole of a lower side gear 2 placed on the inside of the differential case 5; a dummy shaft revolving member 20 capable of moving up and down with respect to the differential case 5 on the support table 11 and rotating around an axis of a drive shaft through hole 5d, and capable of revolving a dummy shaft 9 by engaging with the dummy shaft 9 while passing through the shaft hole of the lower side gear 2 placed on the inside of the differential case 5; and an alignment member 22 capable of moving up and down with respect to the differential case 5 on the support table 11, and capable of engaging with an alignment recess 9a of the dummy shaft 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
