CANCER CELL TRANSPLANTED ANIMAL, PRODUCTION METHOD, AND UTILIZATION METHOD OF THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immune normal animal other than man having a structure peculiar to cancer tissue.

SOLUTION: A cancer cell is cultured in a temperature range of weak hydration force of a polymer on a cell culture support whose surface is coated with a polymer with variable hydration force in a temperature range of 0-80°C. A culture solution is then changed to a temperature to obtain a state of strong hydration force of the polymer to strip the cultured cancer cell, and the cancer cell is transplanted to a predetermined site of the transplantation object animal to acquire the immune normal animal other than man having the structure peculiar to cancer tissue.
