<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game system and a game device that can be operated flexibly while ensuring security by performing communication with a managing device. <P>SOLUTION: A CU performs limited operation of a board initial key mode (limited communication mode) when no board authentication keys are received from a key management server, and performs a board authentication key mode (normal communication mode) when receiving a board authentication key from the key management server. The CU waits for reception of a board authentication key without retransmitting a transmission request until a predetermined period passes after requesting transmission of the board authentication key, and then waits for passage of the response wait period without retransmitting a transmission request of the board authentication key even if the CU generates/restores power interruption. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
