PURPOSE: A device for reducing power consumption of a wireless communication device in a multiband mobile communication service environment is provided to block the AC(Alternating Current) of a wireless communication device based on wireless network quality, wireless data traffic load information, and a wireless communication device current consumption amount. CONSTITUTION: A first control unit(503) controls relays(506-510) which supply 220V AC to wireless communication devices(511-515) based on reception information. A first server(500) obtains the power consumption information of the wireless communication devices from a power amount meter(502) of a power detecting and controlling device(501). When power is oversupplied based on the power consumption, the first server blocks the AC of abnormal wireless communication devices.
