<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact image forming device. <P>SOLUTION: An image forming device comprises: multiple photoreceptor drums which are arranged in parallel in a predetermined direction; a belt 73 which is endless and arranged with facing to the multiple photoreceptor drum; and a collection unit 100 which is arranged below the belt 73 to collect deposits sticking to the surface of the belt 73. The collection unit 100 is configured to be detachable to a main body of the image forming device, and comprises: a storage unit 111 to store the deposits; a housing 110 having a collection inlet 112 to connect inside and outside of the storage unit 111 in vertical direction, above the storage unit 111; a blade 120 to scratch the deposits sticking to the surface of the belt 73 by scraping the belt 73 with a head unit 121 arranged above of the collection inlet 112; and a shutter 130 which is provided below the head unit 121 of the blade 120 and constructed to be able to displace against the housing 110 between a closing position (a) to close the collection inlet 112 and an opening position (b) to open the collection inlet 112. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
