<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid state battery which can prevent breakage of conductive members, and a manufacturing method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: The solid state battery includes a laminate having a plurality of laminated electrode bodies. The plurality of laminated electrode bodies are such that the electrode bodies corresponding to each other across a symmetric axis are connected together via a conductive member, and that a conductive member used to connect the electrode bodies relatively far from the symmetric axis together is longer than the one used to connect the electrode bodies relatively close to the symmetric axis together. A manufacturing method of the solid state battery includes a step of forming the plurality of electrode bodies on the plurality of conductive members leaving a space in between and a step of laminating the plurality of conductive members one on top of another thereafter.
