FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mass exchange columns for gas(vapor)-fluid systems intended for absorption and rectification and may be used in chemical and petroleum industries, etc. Proposed contact element comprises vapor pipe, and bubble-cap composed by cylindrical toothed barrel. Vapor pipe funnel is fitted on tray body opening, raised upward, and secured from inside to burring end by point welding. Cap is secured in tray body by means composed of tabs by cutting half the width of jumpers between teeth connected in pairs at cap opposite sides at the angle of 10-12 degrees so that cut end is located inside tray body slot. Note here that tabs are bent above tray body at angle of up to 90 degrees.EFFECT: simplified design, lower labor input, better performances.4 dwg |
