FIELD: engines and pumps.SUBSTANCE: device for reduction of steams condensation in crankcase of internal combustion engine includes a cooler-trap (7) for cooling of crankcase gases passing, condensation of gases from them and collection of their condensate. Cooler-trap (7) is a flow-through container for crankcase gases cooled by ambient air; this container is connected to the top of crankcase (1) by inlet channel (8) for supply of heated crankcase gases to it and by outlet channel (9) for return of cooled and dried gases to crankcase (1). Crankcase gases circulate by circuit: crankcase (1) - inlet channel (8) - cooler-trap (7) - outlet channel (9) - crankcase 1; steams condensation takes place in cooler-trap (7). Condensate (13) flows by tube (18) from cooler-trap (7) to condensate accumulator (21), and through valve (22), opened at working temperature, it flows to heated crankcase (1), where it evaporates, and steams together with crankcase gases (KG) flow to inlet manifold (3) of engine.EFFECT: reducing steams condensation in engine crankcase during stop and cool down of engine and during its start and warming-up.17 cl, 23 dwg, 3 tbl |
