<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce secondary intermodulation distortion that may be produced in a reception system circuit, in a high frequency signal processing device and a radio communication system including the same. <P>SOLUTION: In a test mode for example, a test signal RFtst of f_tx ± 0.5 MHz generated by a test signal generating circuit TSGEN is input to a mixer circuit MIXrx_I(MIXrx_Q) and an IM2 component generated in the MIXrx_I(MIXrx_Q) is detected by a correction circuit block CALBK. The CALBX monitors the phase of the IM2 component generated in the MIXrx_I(MIXrx_Q) while changing the differential balance of the MIXrx_I(MIXrx_Q), and searches for a differential balance corresponding to a transition point at which almost 180° transition of the phase is generated. The MIXrx_I(MIXr_Q) performs operation in a normal mode using the differential balance obtained as the search result. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
