<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that an easily breakable baggage cannot be placed assuredly on a rear seat of a vehicle, which is usable as a baggage space when the seat is empty, but has no holding tool, so that the baggage may fall forward when the vehicle sways or sudden braking is applied. <P>SOLUTION: The baggage holder for a vehicle includes a seat formed of a square-shaped flexible material, fixing belts each having one end fixed to each of four corners of the seat, and fastening tools fixed to the fixing belts and fastening the belts to each other.
