<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic that is excellent in cosmetic stability due to high dispersibility of particles, lasts long on the skin due to its hiding power and high adhesion to the skin, is excellent in feeling upon use due to smooth and light feel and is capable of sufficiently exerting an ultraviolet-blocking effect. <P>SOLUTION: The oil-in-water cosmetic comprises: (a) a composition obtained by kneading metal oxide particles with particle size of 5-150 nm into an acrylic-silicone graft copolymer; (b) a silicone surfactant having a glycerine chain and/or a polyoxyalkylene chain; and (c) a volatile oil solution. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
