DYE-SENSITIZED SOLAR CELL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

<p>PURPOSE: A flexible dye-sensitized solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve photoelectric conversion efficiency by an island in which metal oxide nanoparticles are aggregated. CONSTITUTION: A charge recombination blocking layer(112) is formed on a first conductive substrate(110) and prevents the recombination of charges between a metal substrate and electrolytes. A porous metal oxide layer is formed on the charge recombination blocking layer. A dye molecule layer is absorbed on the surface of the porous metal oxide layer and the upper side of the charge recombination blocking layer. An island is formed on the surface of the charge recombination blocking layer by an annealing process after a nanotube or a nanorod template is imprinted on the charge recombination blocking layer.</p>
