<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device which has a first pixel and a second pixel formed in a different region from the first pixel and which allows easily performing the layout of lower electrodes and preventing difference in appearance between the first pixel and the second pixel. <P>SOLUTION: A first lower electrode 20a of a first pixel A is electrically connected to a second upper electrode 22b of a second pixel B, and a first upper electrode 22a of the first pixel A is electrically connected to a second lower electrode 20b of the second pixel B. As a result, only one lower electrode needs to be connected to an external circuit, thereby preventing complication of the layout of the lower electrodes. Moreover, there is no need to three-dimensionally intersect the first lower electrode 20a of the first pixel A with the second lower electrode 20b of the second pixel B, thereby preventing difference in appearance between the first pixel A and the second pixel B. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
