<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water treatment method for treatment target water containing radioactive materials, which realizes easy management. <P>SOLUTION: In a water treatment method, treatment target water containing radioactive materials is separated into concentrated water in which concentration of the radioactive materials is increased and permeated water in which the concentration is decreased by using a reverse osmotic membrane, and then an adsorption treatment of adsorbing the radioactive materials to an adsorbent which can adsorb the radioactive materials is performed by bringing the concentrated water into contact with the adsorbent.
