摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation value calculation device and an evaluation value calculation method which are capable of accurately evaluating a sensor installation position even in the case that a plurality of moving bodies different in moving directions are taken as objects to be sensed. <P>SOLUTION: In an evaluation value calculation device 100, an evaluation value calculation unit 104 calculates a plurality of element unit accuracy degradation values respectively corresponding to a plurality of region elements constituting a sensing object region (here, a monitoring object region) of a sensor, on the basis of an installation position candidate, accuracy characteristics of the sensor for a movement parameter of a sensing object (here, a moving body), and a traffic event pattern in the a sensing object region of the sensor.
