PURPOSE: An oil control film for oil elimination and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce environmental contamination by using natural raw materials and having environmentally-friendly manufacturing processes and being 100% biodegradable. CONSTITUTION: An oil control film for oil elimination comprises marine algae originated fibers. A manufacturing method of oilpapers for oil elimination comprises the following steps: dissolving impurities by boiling marine algae with water; removing produced lysates; sterilizing and disinfecting the marine algae in which the lysates are removed and removing foreign substances; cutting the foreign substance removed marine algae; and drying the cut marine algae.
