<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tatami flooring 1 which has straw 2 integrally sewn on a core material 3 made of synthetic resin foam with sewing thread 6, the tatami flooring 1 being prevented from warping when the whole is sewn and fastened with the sewing thread without causing discomfort in contact feeling and generated sound. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a tatami flooring 1 which is integrally sewn and fastened by applying a protection sheet 4 which prevents straw 2 from digging into a core material 3 during sewing and fastening, to an upper surface of the core material 3, and also applying a lower-surface sheet 5 which prevents sewing thread 6 from digging into the core material 3 to a lower surface of the core material 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
