<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear actuator motor configured to reduce manufacturing cost. <P>SOLUTION: A hollow rotary shaft 3 is constituted by combining at least a rotor fixing part 19 for fixing a rotor of a rotary motor part 1 and a bearing fitting part 21 for fitting a thrust radial bearing 9 to the outer periphery and fixing a screw nut 7. The rotor fixing part 19 and the bearing fitting part 21 are fastened by one or more screw members 23 inserted into the hollow rotary shaft 3 from one end 3A side of the hollow rotary shaft 3 and extending axially in the bearing fitting part 21 and the rotor fixing part 19. A flange part 7C of the screw nut 7 is fixed to a contact part 21C of the bearing fitting part 21 in contact with an end surface 9C on one end side of an inner ring 9A of the thrust radial bearing 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
