<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque wrench which can acquire a fastening torque value in fastening work, and to provide a fastening device having the same. <P>SOLUTION: The torque wrench W includes: a wrench body provided with a head part 21 to/from which the fastening part 10 is attachable/detachable; a torque transmission part having a first end part which is disposed in the wrench body and can be engaged with the fastening part 10, and a second end part on a side opposed to the first end part; and a load cell abutting on the second end part of the torque transmission part, receiving a load exerted on the fastening part through the torque transmission part to convert it into an electric signal and output the signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
