<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control apparatus which can be small-sized while improving cooling efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: A control apparatus 1 comprises a casing 100, a CPU substrate 20, a motor driver 30, a battery 40, a fin 50 and a fan 60. The casing 100 includes at least three partition walls 110-130, a through duct D is formed from the partition walls 110-130 and the casing 100 forms an accommodation space S shielded from the outside. The CPU substrate 20 is disposed in contact with the upper partition wall 110 inside the accommodation space S and executes arithmetic processing for controlling a mobile machine. The motor driver 30 is disposed in contact with the lower partition wall 120 inside the accommodation space S and controls power for driving the mobile machine. The battery 40 is disposed in contact with the rear partition wall 130 inside the accommodation space S and supplies power to the CPU substrate 20 and the motor driver 30. The fin 50 is disposed within the duct D and to the fin 50, heat from the CPU substrate 20, the motor driver 30 and the battery 40 is conducted via the partition walls 110-130.
