<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generation control system capable of generating power while taking account of energy balance, and to provide a power generation control program and an electronic apparatus including such a power generation control system. <P>SOLUTION: The power generation control system includes a fluctuation prediction section, a balance calculation section, and a switching timing calculation section. The fluctuation prediction section predicts fluctuation in the future based on a fluctuation log including a plurality of types of fluctuation patterns obtained from a physical quantity in the past, and a fluctuation pattern obtained from a physical quantity acquired anew. The balance calculation section calculates energy balance of power generation amount and discharge amount by utilizing fluctuation prediction in the fluctuation prediction section.
