<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high performance SmFeN bonded magnet having hot water resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a bonded magnet including: a polymer alloy comprising polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) and polyamide 12 (PA12); and magnetic powder including at least SmFeN magnetic powder. In the bonded magnet, a superfine sea-island structure of PPS and PA12 is formed. By the present invention, there can be provided a high performance SmFeN bonded magnet having a maximum energy product BHmax exceeding 12 MGOe (=95 kJ/m<SP POS="POST">3</SP>) and hot water resistance equivalent to that of a bonded magnet comprising only PPS. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
