<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve a problem that components configuring a server, an uninterruptible power supply device, a power distribution board, and also power supply to facilities may be made redundant because high availability and high reliability is demanded in a computer system, and in this case, although a process for shutting down an operating system immediately before the system is brought into a state where power cannot be supplied by interruption of service is implemented, the shutdown process of the operating system is executed even when power is supplied to the other power supply device. <P>SOLUTION: A redundancy power supply monitoring system performs data management of power supply information inputted to a power supply device of a server for each power supply device at a power supply information reading part, and performs monitoring at a power supply monitoring controller to discriminate a power supply device portion to which no power is supplied. In the case that the discriminated portion is an input part of an uninterruptible power supply device, control is performed to execute a shutdown process of an operating system or to continuously operate the operating system on the basis of the power supply information on the other power supply device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
