<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing member for sealing an end of a cylindrical film, which shows high productivity, has high barrier properties of not permeating gas such as water vapor and oxygen gas, has high mechanical strength, is lightweight and compact, and reduces the possibility of entering of moisture from a welding part of the sealing member and the cylindrical film and the leakage of a liquid component from contents. <P>SOLUTION: The sealing member has: a metal foil molded body 32 which has a welded layer 32a welded in the inner surface of the end of the cylindrical film on the outer face of the molded body, an adhesive resin layer 32c on the inner face thereof, and a through hole 33 penetrating through the welded layer and the adhesive resin layer; a resin molded body 36 which has a sealing wall 37 that is adhered on the adhesive resin layer 32c and constitutes a sealing face as a principal surface for sealing the end of the cylindrical film, and an annular side wall 38 that is continued from the sealing wall 37 and reinforces the metal foil molded body 32; and a plate-like or bar-shaped electrode member 34 having an insulation part 35 on which the whole circumference is covered with an insulating layer 35a in the middle part thereof.
