HYDRODYNAMIC BEARING ASSEMBLY AND MOTOR INCLUDING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A hydraulic dynamic bearing assembly and a motor with the same are provided to maximize the length of a span of the dynamic bearing and to enable to maintain pumping fluid in a pumping direction initially intended continuously. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic dynamic bearing assembly(100) comprises a sleeve(120), a first dynamic pressure generating groove, and a second dynamic pressure generating groove. The sleeve includes a shaft hole so that a shaft(110) is fitted into the shaft hole to be rotatable. The first and second dynamic pressure generating grooves are arranged in at least one of an outer diameter of the shaft and an inner diameter of the sleeve, thereby inducing the generation of the dynamic pressure to lubricating fluid being charged in a bearing gap formed between the shaft and the sleeve. The fist dynamic pressure generating groove arranged in the axial upper side pumps the lubricating fluid to the axial lower side.
