The gauge (10) has a flat frame (12) received on a portion of ground, and a set of tubular drilling guides (14) provided on the frame. Each of the guides is placed according to an angle and extended toward outside and downwards by being separated from the frame, where the angle ranges from 10 degrees to 80 degrees. Each of the guides has an axis, so that the axes of the guides extend from a common central point above the frame. A central tubular drilling guide (16) is perpendicular to the frame. The frame is formed from metal/concrete tubes.
