<p>The present invention relates to a technique in which a remaining portion of power, other than a pre-designated portion, can be utilized to generate light through charge-recycling in order to be used as driving power for lighting LEDs in each cycle of input power. According to the present invention, a power saving circuit includes a charge-recycling unit, which is driven in each cycle of the input power to charge voltage of surplus output power, which is output from an LED of the LEDs in the LED unit, to then drive the LED of the LEDs using the charged voltage.</p> |
