THE DEVELOPMENT OF FUNCTIONAL FERMENTED MILK CONTAINING OMIJA (SCHIZANDRA CHINENSIS) EXTRACT

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of functional enriched fermented milk containing schizandra is provided to manufacture the functional enriched fermented milk by adding white sugar and xylitol to a schizandra extract and mixing the same with fermented milk at a constant rate. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of functional enriched fermented milk containing schizandra comprises the following steps: manufacturing a schizandra extract by adding water to raw schizandra and extracting schizandra; adding white sugar, xylitol, citric acid, vitamin C, and apple concentrate to the schizandra extract at a constant rate; and adding 10-30 wt% of schizandra extract to 70-90 wt% of fermented milk and uniformly mixing the same.
