<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording head 1 that prevents a decrease in the size of satellites while inhibiting an increase in resistance to an ink flow when discharging ink supplied from an ink supply port 4. <P>SOLUTION: The recording head 1 includes the ink supply ports 4 arranged on both sides of the array of a plurality of channels 17. With respect to the ink supply ports 4 on at least one side of the array, a predetermined number of ink supply ports 4 are arranged along the whole area of the array of the channels 17.
