PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescent element material which has high luminous efficiency, a low driving voltage, and high durability, is capable of reducing a voltage increase during driving, and is excellent in temporal stability, and to provide an organic electroluminescent element using the same, a lighting device, and a display device.

SOLUTION: The organic electroluminescent element material is a compound represented by general formula (1).
