<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate fluctuation of a measurement result due to individual difference of a transistor and to improve accuracy of measurement in a biosensor measuring apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A biosensor measuring apparatus includes: a biosensor unit; a measuring unit; and a controlling unit. The biosensor unit includes: a substrate; a drain electrode and a source electrode; a semiconductor film; an insulator film arranged on the semiconductor film; a sensitive film for placing a measurement target object thereon; a reference electrode for making contact with the measurement target object and receiving variable reference voltage; and a barrier. The measuring unit includes: an electric current source for outputting electric current of a certain level; a reference potential unit; a voltmeter for measuring output voltage; and a reference voltage source for applying reference voltage. The controlling unit includes: a measurement setting unit for controlling measurement by the measuring unit; a storage unit for storing the output voltage measured by the voltmeter in association with the reference voltage; a mapping unit for generating a data map in which the stored output voltage and the reference voltage are associated; and calculation means for calculating electric potential of the measurement target object referring to the data map. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
