<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide hardware used for joining an end face of a ground-beam sleeper (second horizontal member) and a side face of a foothold (first horizontal member) without using welding and to make a junction strong. <P>SOLUTION: Contact plate pieces 18A, 18A which form a contact plate 12 are connected to one side of insert plate pieces 12A, 12A which are superposed on each other and form an insert plate 12, and support plate pieces 13A, 13A which form a support plate 13 are connected to the other side. Reinforcement plate pieces 14A connected to the support plate pieces 13A are superposed on a lower part of the contact plate pieces 18A. Through-holes 4a of the contact plate pieces 18A and through-holes 40a of the reinforcement plates 14 are communicated with each other to make hardware 15 (b). A plate body 2 developing the insert plate pieces 12A, the contact plate pieces 18A, the support plate pieces 13A, and the reinforcement plate pieces 14A is punched by a press (a), and bent by bent lines 9, 11, successively by a bent line 10, and successively by a bent line 8, thus building hardware 15 without welding. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
