<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoreceptor satisfying demands for a low residual potential, high responsiveness, wear resistance and filming resistance, and solving a problem of noise in a machine in an electrophotographic process, when a charge transporting substance and a binder resin currently used are used in the electrophotographic process. <P>SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor includes a photosensitive layer on a conductive support, wherein the photosensitive layer contains a plurality of types of charge transporting substances. A first charge transporting substance satisfies an expression of E_homo>-4.67 (eV)αcal>70 (Å<SP POS="POST">3</SP>); and a second charge transporting substance satisfies an expression of -5.0<E_homo<-4.67 (eV). The photosensitive layer has a universal hardness of 190 N/mm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>or more under the measurement conditions of 5 mN maximum denting load for 10 sec loading time and 10 sec unloading time in an environment at 25°C and 50% relative humidity by using a Vickers indenter, and shows an elastic deformation rate of 45 or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
