<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell structure and a solar cell module capable of coping with thinning of the solar cell while enhancing the power generation efficiency and characteristics of the solar cell module, and capable of being manufactured easily and inexpensively. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell structure has a solar cell string including a plurality of solar cells arranged in the first direction and a wiring board 111 connecting the solar cells. The wiring board 111 is provided with cell connection wiring, a connection electrode connecting the solar cells adjoining in the first direction, and bus bar electrodes arrange at both ends in the first direction and extracting the electric power generated by the solar cells. A plurality of solar cell strings are arranged in a second direction intersecting the first direction, and at least one set of adjoining bus bar electrodes are connected electrically by a conductive member 116 or a metal foil patterned integrally. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
